Obviously the amount of cash that you have earned before the payout date - you don't get paid with baked beans ....

 

We cannot predict what can happen to you.But go on with adsense.But please dont perform invalid clicking with your new sis acc.
Acc to google the same user cannot make another account on internet,
but you have in the name of the sister so your sis is diff persona,they will definately track you no doubt but povide them quality click,prove out to be best publisher,google is not concerned about who u are what you do.
Increase you site traffic and get quality clicks, then chances may get reduced.
Google assumes that you have learnt a lesson.
My some of client have same conditions as you have, they are with adsense since months and getting money.
Just go on....
Google will definately ban you if you make same account with same name.

If you do this then you get ban, google doesnt like cheating .
Dont do anything keep the same enviroment.
