    I will not let them expire if they are not sold. They expire this month. I would like to sell them. They are good domains right?

    yes its already expired but still in locked state so he may renew it if no one takes the domain. I think he is trying to sell the domain which he still owns even it is expired :)

    btw: is it possible to push domains to another GoDaddy account if it is expired ?

    if yes then I will start the bid with $1 for SPEAK.CC :)
