I'm sticking with my assertion along with Jer. There have been people that have set out to prove this point. Unfortunately I am a tool and do not know any links off hand but for instance, there was a guy one time I think that took pics on a 'crappy camera phone'...really nice pics in fact.
Sometimes you get lucky... Ideal conditions, good lighting, whatever... Its usually a complete accident!
