Help My account Got Limited Paypal

My account is a verified account .

Im a Digital Content seller .

Most of the products are delevered to the email

Now paypal is asking me to provide the shipping info of the last 5 transactions with tracking info



Please help me how to solve soon . Just now i got limited when i just logged in to pay to the winners of the contest

 

this is paypal's new security features they have installed.... so there is nothing you can do other then contant them and tell them that you sell digital products and so tracking number dont come in digital products since the products are instantly downloadable... and they will remove the limits from your account...

 

call them up, and it will resolved with in a day!
Happened to me too.

 

Also the credit card on file got expired

They are asking to add a new card

 

Only way out is to call them, or to buy a VCC (Virtual Credit Card) which can cost 10-15$, but lets u verify ur paypal acc even though the cc wont work ever..paypal thinks its valid.

Call paypal and make it clear that you sell digital goods... There's no reason for them to keep your account limited.

 

how come you add vcc

I have searched this case ID ..But when i search im getting the message .You do not have any cases that match the case ID you entered.

 

Contact Paypal and just send them the invoices for the last 5 transactions which they asked for and tell them it is for virtual items. I am sure you have sent invoices to your customers because that is the minimum you need to do to document a sale or provision of service.

But you do send out receipts at least or invoices right ? At least in the soft-copy format. Just like when you buy things in the stalls, they give you a receipt or invoice when you pay for the item. It would work for the online items too.

 

I will just tell the buyers to send the money to my account . i won't send any invoices ...

 

Then chances are you would end up with more trouble as it would be seen as money laundering. But the choice is yours really.

I have called them and they told your account is under review and they will contact us withing 24 hrs

When you money sleep into your paypal account it's X$ more in the account for him. Paypal win to have limited account because he make money with your money!!! I Already have 180 days limited account with 3,xxx,xx$ and it's hurt and it's long!! Good luck. A++
