As long as they are not excessive it's okay. Be careful not to refresh too many times if you wish to monitor your CTR etc as your own views will skew those results.
Of course, your website belongs to you, not Adsense. If webmasters weren't allowed to view their own sites anymore they'd be out of business. They keep track of IP addresses so they probably don't end up counting your pageviews as earnings.
If you are concerned, you can remove the ads while editing your page--create an empty "table" file the same dimensions as the ad block to put where the ad would go, or use an _image_ of an ad in that location if you wish to see what the ad would look like in the context of the page. When you are ready to go live, remove the image or table and replace it with your adsense code and your page impressions etc should not reflect your own views (I do this for statistics reasons)
