how much price?

    i've a website on mobiles.
    mobzones.com
    Google PR : 2 , if search free download mobile java games. you will find mobzoens.com on second page.
    Now i m want to sell this site. But don't know how much i've to charge?
    please suggest me how much i've amount will be ok to sell this site.

    I think you should sell it to me for $10, suggest me plz

    Usually websites are valued on how much they make per month. Say if you make $100 a month people would times the monthly revenue by10-12 and thats the value you'd look to get.

    let me explain

    you had created a site and if it has top 10 rank for targeted keywords the you will get (1 point)
    if your site is old like 2 3 years then you will get (1 point)
    if your site have more than 5000 uv daily you will get 1(1 point)
    if your site earning from adsense you will get (1 point)
    if your site have more than 5 pr then you will get (1 point)
    finally your earning if you are earning 100 $ per month from your site then finally your site price is

    100*(12+1+1+1+1+1) - expenses + premium = 1700$

    this information based on 100$ per month . premium and expenses is ignored . you need atleast 3 - 4 month earning details and traffic details as a proof .

    Earning permonth 60+ = .60
    (100+12+1/2+1+..)
    =1400????
