    Hello,
I have an ad group with a keyword in Phrase, Exact & Broad Match. Why all 3 keywords have the same minimum bid, although their ad position, CTR are completely different ???

    For example
    [blue widgets] 1,66% CTR , 1.8 Pos
    blue widgets 4,94% CTR , 3.5 Pos
"blue widgets" 8,11% CTR, 4.6 Pos

They all could've had different minimum bids as their CTRs are varying and consequently their QS would vary. Any significant variation in the historical CTR and CTR of other competitors as well as other relevant factors would've effected minimum bids. Note that they do not compare keywords in your adgroup, they compare the CTR of each keyword in relation to other bidders on those same keywords.

Minimum bids don't exist anymore though. (Although you can see them in Adwords Editor!)

Yep, either way these figures are calculated based on comparing other advertisers bidding on the particular keyword. It is not determined based on it's CTR in relation to the keyword in a different form ie phrase or exact.

"Widgets" is to [widgets] as "apples" is to [oranges].
