I am thinking to make them a good blog site with even a minute information about the innovation taking place at ADOBE.

Can you let me know what can be its value?

Just a brief idea about the value of my these two domains.

I have to agree. The possible tm issues make this domain worthless.

Maybe you need to try to include your keyword in domain name.

remove the site from your domain as soon as possible . you may get sued by adobe.com
you know what there is 100000$ panelty for using Trademark. i also registred a domain googlevalley.com by mistake . i contacted google about this issue before they sued me. you also must contact adobe as soon as possible.

HMM let me answer for you WHY?

Listen adobe.com spend lot of money to make the adobe popular. Adobe.com has full right to use adobe word. you can;t use that word in your domain and site title too.

what kind of domain you can register?
suppose there is a site cool.com then you register coolcool.com and cool.com can;t sue you because cool word is avaialble in dictionary(english). you can use any word from dictionary for your domain.

i hope you will understand what i want to say .

But the meaning of adobe in dictionary is

    1. sun-dried brick made of clay and straw, in common use in countries having little rainfall.
    2. a yellow silt or clay, deposited by rivers, used to make bricks.
    3. a building constructed of adobe.
    4. a dark, heavy soil, containing clay.

SO how there can be a copyright issue?

Well, adobe is a dictionary word, so as long as you make the site totally different to adobe.com then it should be fine. If, however, you start selling virtual products or make a forum about one of adobe's products, then you'll get busted. My advice is to just stay away, get rid of the domain or don't use it. If you're lucky, you could email adobe and see if they want to buy it from you?

I think if your website is related to abobe products, then trademark issues involved. Otherwise, don't worry about it.

I, unfortunately, agree - dont mess with Adobe.

However, and this is a big however. . . maybe you could develop a site that they could supply info/content for. eh. . probably not - forget i said that.

All in all, if you keep your content away from Adobe products I think you should be safe, put posting things relating to it you might as well just have a huge banner saying "I'M PIGGYBACKING ON ADOBE'S BRAND NAME :D"
