How much is your site worth?

    I am thinking to sell one of my site but I realy don't have any clue how worth it. But because my site isn't international (English language) it's really difficult to establish the price.

    I found few online calculators but almost none of them is reliable except one where you have to entered all you information.

    Can anyone please be so kind and give me any idea?

    And can such a calculators gives you just a hint how much is your site worth?

    I forgot this: can site price be calculated based on few facts (unique visitors, pageviews, ranks, Monthly Income etc)?

    Those calculators are usually useless! Most people base their prices of their monthly earnings, and I think most website go for anywhere between 6-12 times monthly earnings.

    6 times its monthly earnings.. + 1pr=10 2pr=30 3pr=40 4pr=100 5pr=200.

    I use 12-24 Month rev plus PR plus all stats. That will do it my friend All depend on if you site is heading up or down in rev per month.
