I have sent payment 10 days a go and instead of report arcguy send me PM where he is sorry "but this was our staff negligence and we were expecting this work completed on time but our staff disappointed us..." I'm not angry because of reason that he knew a long time that he can not provide any service but i'm angry that he pissed me off when told me 2 times "you will be refunded in next 24 hours." So again waiting... Chargeback filled via PayPal for this useless service
He has not answered my pms or sent me a report yet, it has been over 2 weeks since I sent him payment.
Just fill complain via PayPal as i did. I think that everyone should know that this guy simple does not provide any service except scam people.
