yandex.ru - how to get into top10 ?

Is there any way I can break into top10. My website is optimized well at all, but I'm wondering is there anything else I can do to rank better in yandex.ru

I dont think you can submit non-russian site to yandex. They simply won't allow it. I tried.

Actually you can submit a non-russian website. If you search yandex.ru for non-russian websites a ton turn up. Many russian internet surfers are fluent in english. I don't think you should have a problem. Go to the page and click on the english link at the bottom that says "company." That will give you e-mails of people you need to contact.

I'm sure they'll allow non russian sites, as Hexane says a heap of russians speak english.

Just use babelfish to convert it to english and it should be as easy as 123

 

i have tons of sites in yandex top 10. actually, its pretty easy. the problem is just that yandex seems to be breaking. it is pretty illregular as to when it updates its index. but, in general on a good day it takes 2 weeks and on a bad one, it takes a month and a half / two months.

 

yandex has fairly developed and become famous.

I have hunderds keywords in yandex's top3.
It's like Google but there you need more more links to sit on top.
