Hi Guys, I have submited xml sitemap to google webmaster tool & also submit site to around 300 directories. also i have done social bookmarking, forum postings, RSS feeds submission, on page activities too in just 15 days & still my site is not getting indexed in google with new URLs. i have even redirect old urls to new urls using 301 redirects. when i check site status in google webmaster tool it shows old urls also old robots.txt. i would like to know after how much time google revisit my site (index my site) & what should i do ? even i am not able to see any rankings bec. stll there are old URLs in cache. after how much time update occurs?? please reply me ASAP. If you're using Wordpress, there are 301 redirect plugins from wordpress, check whether you've done the redirect correctly, also it would take some time for indexing, if you've done the redirect recently, just wait! Use sitemap, that will help you to index your site faster.
i haven't made inbuilt blog to my site, i have made seperate wordpress blog & put links that r pointing to my site.
Continue do what you with regards to link building (good long term strategy). Then add an XML sitemap to your website to to speed up indexing.
