You have to purchase vbulletin or try free phpbb , smf etc.. and read there helps on there main sites
Purchase vbulletin from vbulletin.com Or download SMF from Simplemachines.org......install it on your server. Then look around for controls and features around the admin panel, I'm sure you will figure out. Or first try some free forums hosting to mess around the controls. --> google free forum hosting and millions will come up.
if you dont know, dont try it creating a forum is HARD work and no, you cant create a forum domain + hosting in google
Forums are very hard work, be prepared to devote months, and a lot of your time. Your ability to talk to yourself and cultivate conversation is more important than your money.
i wonder how much stuff you knew about interneting marketing, webmastering and affiliate marketing before you started if you dont know something, google it, search on digital point, make threads on digital point. keep asking questions and learning until you can do it. forums take a long time to get big and active. good luck!
A good place to start would be to read up on running a forum first. The "paying me" part comes a lot later.
