I was sifting through their policies and couldn't figure it out. They're talking about affiliate links, but I wasn't sure. Can I include a link like htp:/ww.example.com/example1/index.html
You can put links like that but you cannot redirect it to affiliate site with that link structure. For example: www.xyz.com/product-review-page.html ---- Allowed www.xyz.com/redirect-to-afiliate-site.php ------ Not Allowed If you want to redirect use only top level domain. For example: www.redirect-to-afiliate-site.com
Is it really okay to use a top level domain an immediately redirect the visitor to the sales page? I mean is it okay with ezinearticles, because if they allow this then what is the point of not allowing www.xyz.com/redirect-to-afiliate-site.php Is there anyone who tried this kind of redirection and got apporved?
You can't do it from sub directories. I'm not sure the exact reason, but I imagine they believe it isn't good for their own SEO.
Yes they allow that, yoursite.com can redirect to affiliatesite.com But you cannot use subdomain.yoursite.com or yoursite.com/redirect-to-site-php.
It's a bit hard to understand why exactly it is like this but I've got the picture in some sense. Thanks
