OK, I will need to open off shore company and bank account, ofcourse to avoid taxes in my country.

I did a research online and found some nice articles and a lot of banks(Panama etc).

Can anyone recommend me reliable bank I can trust?

I've heard that the netherlands have no business taxes, so if you set up your business and a bank account there you should be able to avoid all taxes. I think the band U2 set up there business in the netherlands to take advantage of this. You'll have to do more research though, I don't know all the details.
