    search engine marketing normally done by SEO people and it is for SEO perpose to get high rank in search engine. offpage optimization considered as SEM,

    its not paid search its paid search advertising and it is called PPC in internet industries. In PPC you will be able to put your website on first page of google but that will not free and will charge some money to you. once that link click by some one you have to pay some money to service provider(here Google).

    Online leads mean a visitor ready to buy some thing from your site or ready for you service is called online leads.

    True your absolutely correct. I just usually see SEM referenced as PPC.
