    Hey folks,

My CJ account got deactivated recently due to inactivity.

I saw the FAQ and it says there'll be a link to reactivate my account when I login but I see nothing.

Furthermore, I can't even see a contact e-mail for CJ.

    Anyone know what's going on?

Login into your account , at the top right , you will see "Contact Us"
Click it and Click "Ask A Question" Go link. Then you can ask the thing.
But as I know , if your account did not show any sales or leads for 6 months, your account will be deactivated due to inactivity.

CJ will not re-activate your account if it's been closed down due to inactivity. You will have to apply again and open a new account which you are allowed to do.

You can try what Sxperm said or you can just sign up again using a new email address. They wont let you sign up again using the same email address you used before.

The same thing happened to me a while back and I had no luck contacting cj, so I ended up signing up again under one of my other email addresses.

Not always. My account was dormant for over a year and they didn't do anything.

If your account never had a sale then it's fine. If your account got started to make first sell and then dormant for 6 months then it would be deactivated due to inactivity.

Thanks for letting me know this :) I wonder why because I had one account that never got sales and dormant for 1 year 3 months. That account never deactivated. I have another one that make first sale for $10 and dormant for 6 months before got deactivated.
