Any good/bad words about dedicatednow hosting company?

    I am planning to move from hostgator to http://www.dedicatednow.com/
    Their server deals are pretty amazing. Now what about support etc? Has anyone had experience with them?

    Solid company. I had servers with them a few years ago and I continue to read awesome reviews about their network, support, etc. They also have a 100% network uptime SLA if I remember correctly.

    I had been with them for 2 month.
    The uptime is good and the support is fast.

    I am curious as to why you're leaving HostGator? I use them and I am very happy with their services and their support is outstanding.

    I too left Hostgator (they make the rules up as they go along)
    we accept this, but not that! etc.........

    Hostgator did great but they change too much. I wanted a more powerful server, but they had nothing to give me for a reasonable price. I would have gone to over to their datacenter The Planet, but they can't accept paypal as a method of payment, so DedicatedNow was my second choice, I wish they had online live help as HG & TP. I already took a server from DN and I've been waiting for the server for 30 hours now. We'll see how it goes.
