Hi folks. I have a question regarding some "post" related domain names that my client has asked me to register. I am no DN expert so help with this would be appreciated. From the following: Postgenie.com Postopia.com Postlounge.com Postlet.com Postpost.com Postpal.com Postscribe.com Postfeed.com Postpal.com What domain would appeal the most in terms of value? I do not want to chase something with a value beyond my (and my client's) means. Thank you.
They all sound very good. It all depends on what the site will be providing. If it's a web 2.0 site I'd probably pick Postopia, if it's a relaxed environment for people to post comments and etc I'd tale postLounge. If you explain what the site is to be used for I'm sure we'll be able to pick the best for you
Cheers for the reply. Yes, the project is to produce a prototype app and I'm unsure whether or not this will be deployed. However, although I can't give away too many details, it will be web 2.0 focused, especially in relation to forums/message boards. To me, Postpal seems like a non-starter, given that Paypal is already a well established company and confusion here would be something we'd want to avoid. I would discount postpost too. I think Postfeed and Postscribe are the two most relavent names for this application however I'm aware that friendfeed is a established site also. I like Postlet too though!
If it's some sort of app I'd choose PostGenie becaue it gives the impression that you app is something magical
Really?! I preffered Postpal out of them all, didn't confuse it with Paypal. Just sounded like a cool name. Postlet is pretty catchy as well, but Postscribe seems the most sensible: not that catchy though, doesn't roll off the tounge very well..
I agree about the lack of "catchy" factor in regards to Postscribe.com. I think I'll try and acquire either Postpal or Postlet.
