Biggest lesson I have ever learned...

    Hey guys,

    Earlier today I was browsing one of my best forums, and while I was browsing
    it suddenly gave me the dreadful "Account Suspended" notice! I almost had
    a heart attack. I have put my life into that site and to see all my hard work
    and dreams disappear in a mere seconds freaked me out. As far as I knew
    I had done nothing wrong so I contacted my host (blue host) to see what the
    problem was. Apparently I was sending out too many e-mails from a SMF
    script that I had installed earlier this year. They thought I was spamming all
    of my members...It was an account reminder script. I talked to one of the
    service techies there via live chat and he got my site back up and running
    within a couple of minutes... except will the e-mail suspended. I am fine
    with that considering I will never send out another e-mail from that site again
    after what has happened!
    I have to say though, blue host has great customer service.

    I am using bluehost also. I do agree that bluehost is great service and support. I am using it for 2 years already.
