I also wouldnt use the keyword "war gold". "Warhammer" alone is too expensive.
tried running this through PPC. here are my results (coz of clickbank scrwed up system??) 27 hops 0 sales. am going to run this for another 1 day if no sales, then gotta stop.
even worst, 63 hops and not a single sale. Stopped all PPC. Fallingforme, has anyone made any sale at all?
for my previous guides, the affiliates that made killer sales were the ones that made review sites and things like that. I used adwords and made minimal sales, even though my CTR was great. I never really understood it. I just assumed my affiliates were just better than me ( which i still believe is correct) also, the game was JUST released... so it may take a little while for all the gamers to get online. and people dont start worrying about gold till theyre mid level. This was true for my last guide.
Ok thanks. I am sure my PPC campaign is attractive coz am getting clicks. Maybe the interest is not yet there so lets wait untill people kill each other for gold
Honestly, with a product like that(a guide) a review landing page would probably convert those clicks.
Seems like most of your salespage is copied from warcraftriches.com, also it would look better if you used a font other than times new roman. Still I'll promote your site for a bit to see how it goes. I doubt the market for this would ever be like WoW but still definitely worth checking out.
after scan in your LP, only one question is one table for show price from Ironcraw-Order. It shows that gamers must pay about $2 for 1 gold (ex. 100 gold = $199.99) but when i check for this >> http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=en&lr=&as_qdr=all&gl=us&q=warhammer+gold everyone can see it's just $0.1/gold. Is that table just made to over-price for advertising?
150 lazer targeted hops - 1 sale, refund the next day. no banners, no updates, no contact. waste of time!
why does everyone give up so quickly, you complain about 63 hops no sales? even worse 27 hops no sale? if you are gonna base ur entire campaign on such fucking low numbers there is so point at all u even starting it..... So at the beggining of the day I might even get 100 hops no sale, but then i get 3 sales in 10 minutes, and it averages out....if u belive in the product and like it then test it out properly instead of half heartedly
"if you believe in the product"...exactly! i don't believe in it anymore. and not because of sales. these are just my stats. the main reason is that this publisher doesn't give a f*** about affiliates. go through the whole thread a see how many times he's been asked for affiliate materials. the guy hasn't visited his own thread for over 2 weeks ffs.
I will agree that the publisher is very irresponsible. I had the misfortune of promoting one of his previous products, where he would randomly change the price almost every week. One week, I was making $30/sale, and the next thing I know, $20, and the next week, I'm only making $13. The changes were not reported in his affiliate section, and the only thing that had changed was the price on the bottom of his site.
Same thing can be said about the WoW gold sites also, i've seen loads claiming golds like $500 per 1000, when it's around $18.

We finally found a price that worked, 34.95. Those price changes lasted for about 3 weeks, from 44.95 -19.99. The price of this guide has remained 34.95 from the start. It's true this guide isnt doing as well as my last Age of Conan guide. But the game isnt doing as well as Age of Conan. Its an MMO, and it has to mature and gain a larger base just like WoW did. It will slowly add people. Also, concering the prices for gold, that table is a direct "print screen" from a gold selling site. Almost ALL chinese gold sellers lie in their ads concerning the price of gold. Example with WoW, 5$=1000g? well try googling wow gold, you will find they all market that. click on ANY of them and you will not find that price. You can even chat with them and still get a no. I've only got 2 refunds, and making sales everyday. I do see that some people send me a lot of traffic but get no sales. What can i say when i see some people sending me 15 hops and making a sale? And like i said, the people that made tons of sales (more than i did) on my last guide made their own landing pages. You have to keep in mind that this is an MMO thats trying to break into a market totally dominated by WoW. Sales were slow at first, but now some affiliates seem to be making sales everyday.
