Adsense Not Replying PLZ HELP....

    I had registered for an adsense account about a month back with forum that was empty and was fully legal.Since then when i open my account i receive this message 
    Account Not Active
An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as your application is currently in review. Within a week of your application date, we'll review your application and follow-up with you via email. Once you are approved to join AdSense, you'll be able to log in to your account and get started.

    Can anyone tell me what can be the reason behind this as it has been almost 1 month being applied........

    try to add some content if its still empty, then email them and ask for reason why the revision is taking so long

    You absolutely NEED content. If there is none you will not be accepted for Adsense, believe me.
