Is Aweber Worth it, For Me?

I just started using aweber as to see how the Email Marketing goes and conversions are compared to before.

But I will be collecting around 500 emails a day, will they be able to do this, or will they charge me extra if I go over 500 subscribers?

Go for getresponse. They only start charging once you hit 10,000. Aweber use to be like that as well, but since then, they've gone on a downhill (which is why I went with getresponse)

Currently I am in the same boat, been debating using Aweber for some time. Finally took action and subscribed.
Bit annoyed with the inability to change time zone within aweber !

How on earth are you going to build your list by 500/day? You'll be very rich if you manage it.

Why don't you go through this review to make sure whether you are right or not.

It all boils down to who is delivering the emails as to how well your list will work out for you. You can have a great list, but if only 70% of the emails are being delivered you are not using that list to its full potential. Keep this in mind when researching other companies, find out what there delivery rate is before shelling out a bunch of money. If you can truly get 500 subscribers a day, you are doing awesome.

The TrafficWave.net AutoResponder system is a flat $17.95 per month, regardless of list size.

That's awesome. I might change to AutoResponder after my awebre subscription expires.

Thanks I'll defintely look into this, is this double opt-in as well?

Well I've been reading a lot, and everytime I turn the page there's the importance of list building, so what I did was added a squeeze page to the 2k visitors i get to my site, then out of the 1,200 or so who signup, I only get around 300-400 subscribers a day.

Also I thought it would be 500, but I'm relatively new to this, and having a lot of people unsubscribe.

It's only my first list, so I think I can improve that number.

Now I'm offering my product to the customer directly out of the gate of my first email. is this a NO-NO? and should I be offering a free gift here, or should I do both?

Also By how many days should the next 3-8 emails be spaced out?

    Thanks Vene

It is not a good idea to go for the sale in the first email, that might scare your customer away. Most customers usually purchase after viewing a product for at least 7 views. so it would be a good idea to send them a 7 part newsletter that introduces them to your product...offer them free tips or ebooks. After the first 7 days it is wise to email them every 2 to 3 days. 3 days is more recommended.

Y es I agree space them out. I get annoyed with an email every 2 days with some lists I am on

and 7 touches is correct. Get the mto trust you and look forward to your emails that offer them something to help their business not yours. Then people will gladly open read and respond to your emails.

Nice site. The advertising of Aweber and Getresponse are too much on the mainstream that I fail to notice golden sites such as this.

I use Aweber, but I've been with them for years so I only get charged extra each time I add 10k+ new subscribers. Now they changed it to like ever 500, and to me if you get around 2,000 - 5,000 subscribers after awhile you'll be spending a lot of money.

Shop around for a better deal.
