stay away from anyone who guarantees anything. In this field, google is the ultimate monster and no one has mastered its ever changing algorithms to guarantee anything.

I find it ridiculous when a SEO guy promises ranking, irrespective of the niche.

 

Surely hiring a company that knows the latest practices and deals with SEO daily is a better use of time than learning SEO and doing it yourself?
