    Do some on-page SEO. Optimize it for a couple keywords, not just WWE Daddy.
    Take away a couple sub-forums for now, having loads of sub-forums with 0-5 threads in them looks very inactive.
    Host a contest and buy some advertising to get the users coming ;)
