    Hi friends,
I've try to google for solution but still unable to find the answer, so I've to ask here.. hopefully somebody will help me.. :)

OK, I've one blog with many posts, let say 3000 posts. I want to know how I can easily delete all the post without affected my wordpress installation or customization. I want to delete all the post in that blog..

I'm thinking to use phpmyadmin, but I don't know which table I've to delete..
Can somebody expert in this provide some guides for me? Thanks in advance..

Which version are you using ? Update to the latest version, I think it has the facility to delete multiple posts.

Install the Manage Me plugin...This will allow you to do manage posts in volume. Not just deleting them either.

    Col :)

If I create the new one, how about the other things inside the database? Is that means I've start from scratch again.?

I'm using the latest one 2.62 . I know we can delete multiple post but let say I've more than thousand post that's not very efficient as we can only delete 15 posts at one time.

    Thanks.. I'll check it out..

    Thanks again to you all..

WP 2.6 has the feature you're looking for by default.

Why not migrate your theme out and start a new wordpress powered site ?

Thanks for the screenshot.. I know about that but as I said that it will delete around 15 posts per page only..

Is that means all plugin not using database at all..? Oh.. if that the case, so I'll drop the mysql database and create a new one..

    Thanks for your suggestion..

uhh? what? So where are they stored then? Everything from your post to your preferences is stored on the database. The moment he drops his db everything's gone save for the themes and uploads.
