Hey people,Whats up ! I am 17 years old and there is an incident I would like to share with you all. Recently I went to party with a few friends, we ordered drinks food etc.It was a very costly restuarant.We had 8000 bucks that time and we were expecting a bill of around 6000 bucks but obviously that didn't happen.We got a bill of 12,000 bucks.We thought we were gonna be grounded. There was an oldy having dinner there.When we were talking to the manager he called the manager and gave him his credit card and told him to let us go home.He didn't even know us and when we asked him why he gave money for us he said I can imagine how happy I would have been when I was of your age and someone would have given me money like this.He said seeing us happy makes him happy. After that incident me and my friends decided to make a site where RICH OLDIES like these can help Teens like us to have some fun. I am working on the site,its half complete. The name of the site is XaXeD.com .There are many many Rich people out there for whom 10-15$ is like nothing but if you ask us we can have alot of fun with 10-15$.I would like you all to have a look at it.We hope some rich oldies would donate us something so that we can party with that money. IMHO I won't donate a single cent. Helping teens have fun? Have you seen http://thehungersite.com or http://www.kiva.org where those money can be put to far better use than letting teens spend 12k on food and drinks. I feel very indignant reading this post and you have the cheek to post such a post? The world has many rich people, but there are also billions living under the poverty line. Spare a thought for these people.
WHOA what currency are you talking about? You must of got hammered with 12k USD!!! I couldnt eat 12k worth of food and cant drink 12k worth of alcohol without having to go to the hospital, let alone could I afford it!! Good idea though lol but I doubt anyone would donate, most rich people are stuck up and wont shell out one red cent for something they don't need to pay for

LOL...looks like there are many 'WISE PEOPLE' here. We know that there are many poor people out there but that doesn't mean we give all our money to these poor people and stop havinng fun.
Yes we have many living under the poverty line, I'm a part of my local branch of Kiwanis International so I have encountered many whom basically hang on for one last hope. Some of them are lucky that there are places such as the local Rescue Mission to go to. It definitely opens your eyes up when you see people stand in line awaiting for their chance to eat when you can usually stuff your face for the most part with whatever you can find.
There are as many wise people as there are fools. But a lot of times, stupid acts aren't cause by the lack of IQ or wisdom, it is often the lack of common sense and an abundance of selfishness, arrogance and self indulgence.

You are definitely welcomed to point out any mistakes in my posts or any statements that needed to be corrected.
Most people will not give away money and even when they do it would be to some charity/organization (e.g. cancer research, sponsoring a child etc.)
Why not start a site where rich old people give money to young entrepeuners, if they sponsored me to quit my day job I could be self sufficient in 2 years tops.
This will be some sort of venture funds. It is available in the market just that the criteria isn't simple, not easy to have the venture funds invest in your company unless you can come up with a convincing money making plan that is up to their criteria.
Venture Company Investors require you to hand over a percentage of your company to the investor, I'm just talking about someone that gives money to people wanting to start up their own business gratis! (If anyone feels like giving me money to work from home please paypal me money asap )
