There is no issue of massive marketing u can do .. but when u writing article try to provide unique content and useful information to your reader. Because content is a Speech behalf of yours. so if your content is best and unique u will get best result from both user and search engine.

Doesn't really matter. So long as you don't send 100 articles per day which could lead to the suspicion of search engines, then you'll do fine.

I have a list of 400 article directories and I am posting articles to all 400 article directories, i think this is not a problem?
