    Not easy for small distributors to take action against warez, hiring those armies of lawyers as in the case of Microsoft and Adobe cost a fortune. I guess what you can do is to write in to their upstream to have their hosting cut off. Then again they can move elsewhere or to bullet proof hosting companies.

    Maybe your next version of your script do have some encryption of some kind.

    Oh and they even have a section "Show Off Your Website". I feel i wanna puke and puke again and spam their forum but that will just be a waste of my time as the mods and admins were the one that is nulling the script. Can't you take notice of the person who scammed me out of the script. I am sure he was the one who nulled the script.

    There is always going to be people that will post a null version of your script. The best thing to do is have a little fun with them. Put a few backdoors that you only know about and post the script on their forum. People will download it and when you see somebody using your script that didn't buy it.

    Time to have fun, go into the backdoors and totally mess up their site. :)

    @meethere- the owner is the one responsible and he even said that users can download the script and the "donate' section. Meaning he is making money from it.
    @kush86- I really hope so.

    Contact the hosting provider. Maybe you'll get lucky with a DMCA. I don't sell scripts but I sent out DMCA notices when my articles are stolen and I've had great luck so far, most hosts will just suspend the sites completely. However, if you are up against a "warez-friendly" type of host, you may be out of luck.

    Taylor, the the DCMA to be effective, I assume that it has to be hosted in the US right? I'm not sure, myself I live in Canada, and I have people selling my scripts but they host in countries other than US/Canada. I send notes to the hosting co, etc... but still with no luck.

    Thats the problem with selling scripts....i am developing a script, which if i sell it would hav loads of sales! but the problem is, if once nulled, i loose abt 70% of the customers :( so wat i hav decided that i will keep the script open source. That is better as more users come on free and i can earn by ads on my site.

    I know this doesn't make more money but this gets ur script really famous!

    That's life. Even the big boys take hits because of null scripts/apps.
    Just gotta be careful how you market it. Perhaps a free script but charge for support/etc . Idk. Depends on the script involved.

    Ya it really sucks that this happens. But on the bright side Honest people with ethical business practices will buy your script.
    I imagine the unethical ones don't get far anyways. One can't expect to run a popular website or Business with illegal gotten script or programs someone is going to notice .

    Just ioncude or zend your script in the next release and write a callhome into your code and it will be safe from nullers ;)

    Encrypted scripts aren't good becuase you can't mod them, and they increase load on the server.

    Doesn't matter, you can pay to have scripts dezended and callhomes get removed. That is part of nulling. You just have to hope your script is good enough that people will want to buy it.
