2 Sales One Person..?

I dont know if this is related to any of the recent "clickbank sales" things people have been discussing but uhh.. I just got 2 sales within a minute apart from the same person, however the states are different? typo on clickbanks part or?

 

I've gotten 2 sales from 1 person several times, probably pressed the buy button twice.. however the fact that the states are different is really weird

 

Thats why I was like wtf? same name, same email, 2 different states? uhh.. proof enough their check out page is f*d up?

I think it's most likely an impatient customer. He purchased but didn't wait for his download link (or missed it somehow) so he assumes the payment didn't pass. So this person takes a second CC (in your case it's registered in another state) and makes another purchase...

 

Yes this happened to me too but when the customer knows that he/she charged twice then there is a chance of charge back.

 

it has happened to me sever times now, the buyer must be in a ruch and refreshes the page twice or something, I believe clickbank's system is a powerful one and can not have bugs to create something like this. The user gets an automatic refund from the system if it is he bought the exact same item.

 

Ye sure! Clickbank got a "very powerful system with no bugs", guess thats the reason why there are so many treads complaining because of sales screwed up?

From personal experience clickbank system is one of the most screwed up and unreliable on the market.

 

Strange, this could be because the man just didn't wait to see the reciept, click the X button on his browser, or pressed the back button at a time, because he saw that he chose a wrong state, then just changed it and paid, that's all, but why are you so interested to know, just grab your money and run

 

mostly just people accidentally buying twice. expect a refund.

 

impatient customer. I had this happen before (not lately - months ago). The difference was that the first time it was US and the second it was Canada. They refunded one of them within a few days.

 

Check it whether if you are going to get a refund soon from him!

 

I already contacted the publisher telling him.. I want to give the person a refund on one of them before he refunds both

i once had this two ... same cust about 10 mins apart ... was 110% expecting a refund ...

they never refunded though ... always wondered if they just liked it so much!! lol

 

Few days back i also got 2 sales from same person and next day 1 sales was refunded.

 

friggen publisher never responded.. resulted in both refunds
