That's called site links, you ca'nt DO that, it's an automated feature implemented by Google.

Google automatically does this for authority sites but here's what you can do to help speed up the process.

    Crate a site map
    Generate some Backlinks
and add tons of web pages to your site
    keep it updated.

Go into Google Webmaster Tools. Click on 'links', then 'sitelinks'. If you are an authority, you will see something like this:

Current sitelinks Last updated Sep 15, 2008
    Category 1 - http://example.com/cat1 [block]
    Category 2 - http://example.com/cat2 [block]
    Category 3 - http://example.com/cat3 [block]
    Category 4 - http://example.com/cat4 [block]
    Category 5 - http://example.com/cat5 [block]
    Category 6 - http://example.com/cat6 [block]

So if you don't want one to show, just click 'block', and Google may or may not list another within their next update.

These are sitelinks. If you want to get site links for your site, then you will need to have excellent internal linking, lots of backlinks, atleast 1 year old domain etc.

In my webmaster tools it shows that I have sitelinks for one of my sites but they are not showing up when I google my site. Does this mean that they will show with the next PR update or does everyone see them in webmaster tools?

These are called SiteLinks, and nothing to do with authority site or anything.
    Here are the details.

Yes but the question is when do they show up?

For example, in my webmaster tools I can see that google has generated 4 sitelinks for my site, however, when i search google using just my domain name, the sitelinks do not show up in the serps with my site (my site comes up as normal but just without sitelinks)

What i'm wondering is when the sitelinks will start to show in the serps (if at all)

    soldit2,

Let's say your domain is soldit2.com, then type in 'soldit2' in Google and the sitelinks should show up.

One of my sites is not an authority by any stretch of the imagination. I got them shortly after Google announced them and they started showing up in the results. (site was about 6 months old)
I must be lucky then :)

    Cheers

Yeah, mine isn't an authority site as such either. It's a football news site! It is 2 months old.
