Alright well I was contacted a while back to make this guy t-shirt designs. I amde them and then he payed me via paypal. Well now he disputed the order to get his money back and keep the t-shirt design. I need help I dont know what to do,
Well thats stupide, I should just go out buy a template, send him money and then just dispute and get it back :/
Do you have any proof of work done and communications. Send those documents to paypal. Contact them and explain the situation.
You could maybe send a copy of the design via postal mail, with delivery confirmation, and then supply that to PayPal after it is delivered. In the future, you might want to consider Moneybookers or e-gold or such. If you do take PayPal, make sure the payment is for "Goods/Services" and that the buyer is PayPal verified, includes a confirmed address, and that you mail a copy of the work with delivery confirmation. Just my ideas. Hope you win the dispute.
It happens to me as well someone disputed me after I have done some transactions before. I have lost the case. You will need to have valid and strong evidence to win the case. I have lost the case and the payment was returned to my client but I have send him e-mail and he said he will send me back the money in other account . I am still waiting for it but am pretty much sure its not going to happen

this is called scamming.... you been scammed... i use to have same problem last year... but now i kick these scammers and they cant take the money back by making fake dispute... there is nothing you can do now to stop that scammer from taking away your money...
