    I am Indian and my broadband speed is 2MBPS
    I use BSNL internet which is good for me.
    Rs. 250 per month rent i pay for it.

    Portugal actually has a fairly good broadband offering. You can have cable, ADSL, Mobile (using the mobile phone network) and a few others that aren't that well developed yet. Unfortunate in all cases, if you want something decent you will have to pay at least €35 per month with free installations.
