I think that paypal supports almost all countries with there cards, Why dont you send a check for your self or draw to your country bank account, okey.
As far my knowledge, US people can only apply for a paypal debit card and if you are from US, you have the option listed below your MY ACCOUNT page at the bottom.

From looking at the OP's website and previous post, it appeared that he is from Pakistan and have signed up for a US Paypal account. The Paypal Debit Card is only open to US Residences who have verified their account and are in good standing. If you start using the card in a non-supported country, you would most likely caused Paypal to be suspicious and may require you to submit more documentation to prove that you are truely residing in the US.
Hi eddy2099, Yes you are right. My brother in USA has signed a PayPal account and verified it without any problem. I want to know can I use his PayPal account from my country? You can use his Paypal account only if you are your brother and that you are in a Paypal supported country. If you log in from an unsupported country such as Pakistan, Paypal would most likely limit your account as it would be deemed prohibited by their policy. You cannot share a paypal account too. So basically, have your brother appointed the one to handle the Paypal account. Do not do anything with it from your end unless you want to risk losing the account. Please read the User agreement and Acceptable Usage Policy before you being using the account.
A paypal user can travel to pakistan. For a business account paypal offer this , that your partner can use to other country.
If my or anyone account is locked, will they get a mail or something from paypal about that?? Like moneybookers.com lock your account and you do not get any mail from there side, once you try to get your money out then you come to know, that your account is locked. Is it same with paypal? What and where you got the status message for a locked account in my accoutn section? US/Canadian resident visited Pakistan and signed up for paypal account verified his/her Credit card so as bank account being in Pakistan, no transaction history so far, so will account get locked of banned by paypal? I know you have to be a verified member for 60 or 90 days, and be in the US (unless they changed it) It was nice getting 1% cash back when ran as credit.
