Islam,The Religion of Peace: Thread to remove misconceptions!

Posting objective facts would have been most welcome but hey, what you just posted hurts a huge community and is totally insensitive!

I do understand that in order for us to prove what Islam really is, we must actually act the correct version out. Thats how it actually started, if you read about Muhammad from a proper source you'll know that he was called "The Truthful, The Trustworthy", before he became a Prophet. So, no he hadn't wronged anyone. And the reason his enemies accepted Islam was because of the actions of the Muslims, they were impressed. This is so contrary to what the west knows. No they didn't go on attacking everyone they laid their eyes on. They were to defend themselves. Those who didn't accept Islam, were NOT killed (unless they attacked). And everyone was pardoned even the worst enemies of the Prophet and that is what impressed them. You just need to read the right sources from an open mind, thats all we're asking for.

Secondly, Muslims believe that the original Bible and Torah were sent by God, but they've been changed and it is part of our belief to accept Jesus as a Prophet too!

 

And openly admitting its ok to kill just because someone is different does not do any harm to anyone? Is that what you are saying mate?

What proper source? The koran....which is just a book written in ink? Or your leaders...who are ready to chop off the heads of innocent people?

Each time I visit I am amazed with how nice everyone treats me. Stox is not the typical. The English are good people.

 

I always get up around 5 am on sundays, Go for a walk in the park while it's still misty then start cooking dinner for the hoard of family member who descend on my house at lunch time.

If i did go to church it would be with a view of buying the place, They have all be turned into apartments.

 

Maybe try confession. It will relieve you of the hate. Try the alter also.

 

I'd prefer to take responsibility for my mistakes than pretend i can be absolved of responsibility by "confessing" to some pervert in a wooden box.

Look, we are here to argue when you are going to say things like what you said it WILL not be tolerated, insulting the Prophet without any proof is something you will get in trouble for.

Like i said the facts mentioned cannot be proven wrong! Screw the blog, what was on the blog was from a medical journal written by an experienced person. Just look at the references i gave. Secondly if other muslims who are on this forum say that Islam does not encourage to kill they are right. But it does authorize government to punish people who break the law, they will have to agree to that because there is Proof for that. When i started this thread i did want to remove misconceptions of Islam and expose the true image of Islam as a religion of peace. If you say i failed then thats your opinion, but Islam teaches us to be honest, and the punishments prescribed in Islam are just and can be debated about, lets have a civilized debate not baseless accusations, that proves you cannot say something worthwhile. Just because you guys like homos, and think that they are innocent i will not say Islam does not say to execute them, cos that is not true. Islam says not to harm innocent people, if you break the law then the government is authorized to execute you. Islam does not allow you to be a homo! If you break that law the government is authorized to order an execution.

IF YOU WANT TO POST ON THIS THREAD THEN DO NOT MAKE COMMENTS ABOUT THE PROPHET WITHOUT ANY PROOF, ALL THE MUSLIMS AND NON-MUSLIMS ON THIS THREAD SHOULD CONDEMN THESE COMMENTS, HAVE I MADE COMMENTS ABOUT ANYBODY IN ANY OTHER RELIGION? HAVE MADE A PERSONAL ATTACK ON ANYBODY? I AM FOLLOWING WHAT ISLAM TEACHES ME, TO BE CIVILIZED. Well my religion, Jeebuism , the religion of peace, teaches me to insult people who think killing other people is the way to go. I am doing nothing wrong by following my religious teachings.

By the way, I am fortunate enough to live in a country where I have the freedom to practice my own beliefs. If I was in your country, the next thing you might hear about me is on a youtube video being blindfolded with my head being chopped off by some masked guys ... and the only thing you might make out from these pricks is Allah Hu Akbar. Nice portrayal of your God and your religion.

 

I cannot continue this discussion with you, your comments are extremely offensive to Muslims.

If u disagree with something that is fine but what you are doing is being offensive, that is where i think the discussion should stop, you are not going to put forward a decent argument and continue to be offensive which means we arent going to achieve anything.

I am leaving it to you post with some manners and argue without being offensive i am more than ready to keep this discussion going.

 

mrfazee had it not occurred to you that perhaps your belief that homosexuals should be murdered might be offensive to us? Or is it only the sensibilities of muslims which should be protected? Is it only muslims who are apparently entitled to go through life without experiencing offence?

i am sure Islam is sooooo peace ful religion in the world.... and that is why they dont even kill a fly.... i was wondering who is bombing all the indian cities and killing thousands of innocent childrens, women, elderly peoples.... so i think entire world should accept islam....=)) just one question.... who is bombing all the indian cities and killing innocent lives?? who is killing americans in afganistan, iraq, who have crashed the planes in WTC and pentagon?? who have bombed in london??? who have cut the throat of the europian and one american business man??? i am sure these scumbags are not muslims who did all the bad things in the world.... so peaceful....
