    I love it, however, I dont want a picture of a man or woman in the header, how about you create a logo to go there instead.

    The car has to go, we are a success training company not a car dealership. I like your work however the logo to the left is not ours it is already being used by someone else, please take it out and replace with your own work.

    also change the font ...

    I like the one with the blinging font better, however, i am not liking the logo with that person holding the globe.
