i know sometime ago someone got into my index.php file and added a thousand links to spam sites but the google ads are still showing pharmacy and diet pills content. is there something im missing on the page that google is finding? the site is www.photoshopdog.com thanks for any help
Looks like there is still an ad in the index/sidebar.php I can take a look and see if theres one there and remove it if you want. Or I can put your ad in there as it isnt a bad position. just pm me if u want it done, and Ill do it for free quick. --sean EDIT: Oops I think I misread this, I am not sure why google ads are appearing with that kind of stuff on them. It should target sites close to yours, I think u can block sites out on adsense.
I can't see anything off hand but you can use the competitive Ad Filter on your ad sense account to filter them out. Click on your Ad Sense Setup link and look for that in the sub links and enter those names you don't want, may want to get the WP plugin for meta info to that may help.
Sometimes it takes time for the ads to change relevancy. So it might change in a bit, alternatively, you can just filter them out as pointed out by others.
i filtered some but others of the same nature showed up, i guess i cant block them all. ill wait a week or so for google to go over the page again.
Interesting, maybe you should play with your meta keywords/description, I have gotten AdSense ads based off just meta tags before.
