    If your site is not getting enough traffic, then how it'll rank higher on alexa? Try to build more traffic and the rank will improve soon.

    Alexa ranking only takes into consideration the visits coming from visitor with Alexa installed in their browser. Either way, in order to increase the ranking, you can also place the codes on your site so that when visitor arrive at it, it will be recorded as a visit. That helps as well to improve the ranking.

    If you get unique visitors then your alex automatically wil be increase. SO try to get visitor as much as possible and it can be done by creating back link
