I think bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish is a good site for improving your grammar and pronunciation. I haven't used it much but someone recommended it to me and it looks like a good resource.
Listen to radio, watch TV news, in english, read english newspapers, that will help very much. and talk to someone who knows english very well

I'm bad enough in speaking and writing English. Well I'm not an English native speaker, so what? And it's been proven here that grammar is not everything. The most important thing is that we can understand each other. So relax, mate. Grammar is not everything.
