    Depends on the server; we add servers often as we are not overselling or overloading. And we are adding the top of the line at the moment of purchase. You're looking at quad cores minimum with 8 gb+ ram and raid SATA drives. As said before by our clients; we don't get boggled down by Your success!

    These guys are very rigid in providing support. I requested to pay manually as my paypal acct doesn't allow to subscribe. and VLad refused saying he can't cooperate in this.

    There service isn't bad. But they have a dns issue that was out of my little brothers hands and he could do nothing about it and Vlad via there live support was no help at all saying cause he never paid for management that he's stuck. I don't understand when it's your set up issue why it would be his fault.... :-/. I ended up having to re install his VPS for him...Other then that pretty solid service.

    I'm not sure why this is rigid; we have these guidelines for payments because we were burnt in the past and learned from that. We strive to provide the best VPS service your money can buy but in doing that we need to set some boundaries.

    About the DNS problem; I'll check the ticket log to see what it was about, but basically non-managed means non-managed. Having said that; we do provide quite a bit of service usually (depending on client queues) even to non managed clients, beyond and above the call of duty. We have to pay our quality engineers something and that really comes out of the management packages we offer!
