SEO Page optimization -- general question

Can you optimize every page on your website?

Is this ok?

 

Of course! SEO actually involves not ranking just a "website" - it means optimizing each page of your site for maximum exposure in the search engines. Any SEO will tell you that you need to properly optimize each of your pages if you're truly serious about your SEO campaign.

Do you know of a website that automates meta tags. I want to plug in the info and have it generate the tags because i have quite a few to make.

it would be ideal to do so. however, that depend on your site objective. if you have a few pages and each discuss different topic, then optimozing every page will be good. but if you have ton of pages, then you may not be able to optimize every single page

 

It is a prority of time, money and search traffic. Of the 32,000 pages on our main site, ~220 have been hand SEOed. The balance is database driven SEO templates. Most of my traffic comes from ~40 pages.

 

Basically any page that can be a potential landing page should be optimized. Any unique content on your site should have the potential to bring in search engine traffic. As people have mentioned above, it is best to start with your main pages and if you have the time and resources gradually do the rest of your site too.

 

If every page has its own unique topic than you should optimize so each page ranks good individually this will increase the chances of people visiting your site

 

Not only you can but it should be a must, unique targeted traffic is what you want and they only way get that is to optimize all your pages.

 

Absolutely you must optimize every page on your website, especially for easily found SERP's.

 

How about when you create 4 articles a day and spend about 1 hour per article? Is it a good investment to spend more hours on page optimization?

 

yes i optimize every page for some period, then no need to do further.

 

hmmm. Ya. Why do you think it can't be ? it will be better if you use CMS though as manually editing html is not cool.

Only if you want traffic. Building links to every page is a bit tough. I do it with a program call social bot.

Yes I do on-page optimization on all the pages except some pages like privacy policy, contact us, etc. And seo means traffic and for more traffic we must do on-page optimization on all the pages.
