Hi all, I just created a tool to verify do follow blog in batch http://www.seotoolelite.com, please have a try there and your comments are appreciated.
I tried hundreds of blog urls, almost 95% accurate. Could you share your bad cases so that I can fix them and benifit guys here?
Ummm ... no. I will not share any Dofollow blogs for services such as yours, nor will I point out any 'bad cases'. I think everyone here knows how I feel about services and lists for Dofollow blogs. They are used in a majority of the cases for just one purpose, spam.
I have been using this Firefox plugin, its very helpful. Do a search in their plugins section for nofollow and it will popup.
SEO Quake is really good and the only drawback it has is it's bulky size. It eats up the majority of your memory and humbles the speed. Alternately, if you are not inclined to using any tool, you can rest upon Google to do it with a simple query string such as “YOUR KEYWORD†“powered by wordpress†“leave a comment†-â€nofollow†You can change the first two parameters as you like. This not only frees up your disk space but also is fast. I found this on DP sometime ago and works alright most of the times, although you may get an odd bad result. If you get one, blame it on the SE.
When you identify nofollow blogs, it is your choice to spam it or not. You can be a good reader and active commentors of it actually.
I think all blogspot blog comments are nofollow while links on articles are dofollow. How do you determine if its a dofollow/nofollow? Do you check every anchor link in the site? What if there is a combination of dofollow and nofollow anchor links? What is your verification for that kind of situation?
Does anyone know of a desktop tool which will take in a list of urls and parse through them to see if they're dofollow?
