I just viewed the site in firefox 3 and there is a major alignment issue
in the header of the site, you should have this fixed.

Personally I do not like that theme, I think you should use a different
theme.

 

I'n not a big fan of generic stock photos. It looks cheesy. Try doing something more unique.

 

Your site Xceed looks quite sleek in design, the color combination matches greatly and Opera has no alignnment issues with your site

 

The site looks fine in IE7, The grey Xceed logo at the seems a bit dull to me. Maybe add a gradient to it or change the colour.

the image looks like one of those sliding puzzles in firefox and it says manual directory submission like 20 times at the top.
