I've got reply from Aimee that explain why the support ticket isn't answered. They hire some people to do this but the employee didn't go with their job. I'm not in IwhiC side, but i just write what i know from them. Thanks.
This is Jason, Aimee and I just return from a family emergency and the server techs that we hired to handle IwhiC during our time away did nothing, answered no support tickets, never monitored server and 4 days later , in light words are MAD beyond belief. This support team we hired was highly recommended both here and on WHT and all seemed fair for the last minute plans we had to make, We paid for 2 days upfront and left our business and clients in there hands. We then left to take care of our family. Aimee and I will be up for the next 20+ hours sorting out every thing that has went wrong these past few days along with getting clients back to happy hosting. At present servers are up and sites seem to be running fine. We hope that we can catch up on 4 days worth of support issues very soon and handle all complaints and issues. We are truly sorry we put our trust into some one Else's hands to handle our company and clients during a family emergency. At this time our energy is being spent on the support desk and clients tickets and not bashing there company ( NOT YET) that will come when I feel the time is right. Yes from what I am reading through this has been a NIGHT mare and Im going to start with the simple facts. Yes the servers were down, at present all are up. I dont see the need to rebutle 30+ statements that all say the same thing. we have a lot of support tickets and clients issues to solve and dont want to spend more time saying the same thing over and over. Aimee and I are deeeeeeeeeeeply sorry we thought we could trust some one else to handle a business we spent 2 years building and countless nights with no sleep to grow. Issues happen to small and large companies and we are no different and will learn from this. Your the person in charge of your website and hosting, it is free will to choose your hosting provider. Alot of you chose IwhiC becuase of the good things you heard and read and wanted that for your selves. We are no different. We feel your pain just as you do and even more to the fact we make friends with our clients and spend hours chit chatting with them on line. We have watched some of our clients grow from 1 website to thousands and 1 client to hundreds and it makes us extremely happy to know that we were there and watched them grow. In times like this we feel the pain / anger and are as pissed off as you the clients. Its been a bad couple days and we wont stop till those days are history and websites and hosting perform better then ever. This will be the last AND only reply to this thread as we have ALOT of work ahead of us. And if you have a open support ticket that was / is 5 hours ago or older we are working on all of them now and should have at least replied to all of them with in the next 4 hours. Which support technicians did you hire, can you specify? So that other web hosting companies can take care.
I knew there would be a good explanation for this! It simply didn't make any sense to me. Before this thread I had heard only praise for IwhiC. Why would someone willing allow this to happen to their business? They didn't! This is so tragic, to work so hard on a business and reputation. Trust it somebody to look after it for a few days and... wow! Perhaps a case for a lawsuit? Anyhow this thread is not going to go away now. At least prior to this incident, IwhiC had tons of very satisfied customers. I know this because I read your reviews and recommendations before I decided to purchase hosting myself. How about a few honest words here to show your ongoing support? This incident has already been explained, but prior to this how would you describe their service & support? I am only a new customer, but so far for me it has been excellent
I'm also waiting the reply of the ticket which lastly replied at 11/09/2008 10:05 http port down, ssh port down, appache httpd can't start. lighttpd files not found.
Hello Jason Sir and Aimee Madam, I hope that your family problem is solved, Whatever people say you guys have been providing support request on simple things in the past days the support request was never late, I understand that you had to leave because of family emergency, infact we all must. This is for the first time and we shouldn't take it negatively. Iwhic.com is a good host taking good care of clients We dont need to panic

You Guys need 2 stop attacking the company they have lot of things 2 do & respond to lot of support tickets. people who don't have hosting with them shouldn't even be bother 2 be talking since you have no experience about there past support or anything . + On top of that ever single company has a problem once in a long while. Show me one company that never have had any problems with there servers ever ??? So Stop it guys.
for the money they ask i'm sure they offer good hosting, people make mistakes, sometimes we fail but from mistakes and failures people learn so ... should be fine. Personally i appreciate Iwhic as business, it's a model, a live ebook about how to create a strong hosting business in x time.
I do not like to bring problems like this to a public forum but since you decided to here is the reason as i have explained to you 10 times. Your sites were hosting criminal phishing sites. Here is proof from one of the abuse complaints from the data center.
