Just check if you have provided correct Shipping Address in the adsense accounts setting. Also are you able to receive shipments in the address you suplied. It will be better if you use a postal address. You can again rerequest the pin code after you update a valid address in your adsense accounts setting.
check ur address check ur account settings if everything is ok, and u dont receive the pin code for 3 requests, u have still a solution.. contact the support and tell them that u cant receive the pin at ur address, they will ask u to send them a photocopy from ur national I.D. that situation happened with me and i sent them photocopy from the I.D. and the issue had solved.
yes i have $11 now and i write correct address now i will try to contact them by the way i am from pakistan so it will work or not for pakistan
before contacting the support, use ur 3 pin requests....if u receive nothing after the 3 requests, then contact them.
what is the use of having pin request i am now having nearly 25k in my adsense account and i have never withdrawn anything as my dream is to withdraw after i reach 100000 wht is the use of pin code i dont know but google sent me a letter as soon as i registered for adsense a few years back and now is that hte pin code i still have it with me
