Just ask your AM's. Not very many people have the technical ability to use them as with a lot of special stuff you can setup.

 

ringtones.net from CPAempire converts well for me but the payout is only $10-$12, compare to ringsalot from ringtonespartner is $15. My epc usually at .80 and convert at 1:15(rintones.net) , is that too low?

I found one ringtone affiliate that also provides a API. Seems to me they are dead as my API key isn't yet approved for a week now. And their forum is dead. We'll see.
