I have too sites:

http://www.usfinancialfreedom.com PR 1

Both site have indexing pages and some backlinks

I have worked both sites from last 2-3 months.....when i got that site its totally fresh site ( PR 0 - 0 Links)...whatever work you can see is done by me....

But my site is not in top on Targeted Keywords

Would you please tell me where im wrong...what necessary changes i have to made for this....

I do not think you did anything wrong, the keywords you are targeting
is probably competitive. It's takes a long time to rank well for competitive
keywords you should continue to work on your seo and be patient.

Hi, Your both site are good, but if you targeted high competition keywords so, it's take a time. And another thing continues work on it. How many backlinks supported your sites, and more factors affects on it.

In your both site you are using lots of keyword who has may competition so for proper result use Geo-targeted keyword & have to do seo on these keywords .
