I m sorry if i missed your PM, most of the cases, i m unable to read all PMs, as when i visit this forum i find over 10-12 PMs and can't reply all of them within a short time. Yes, we do offer 24/7 support. Our support desk doesn't run by one department only, it has multiple departments where people operate in different stages.

Yes, we backup data weekly on a Server located in our Private network. (Check softlayer.com private servers for details about our backup servers). We do evault the backup of configuration files and databases.

We use wormly.com to monitor our server health and uptime. Using status2k type script is potentially risky for the server health. It uses php exec to access /proc directory and load the same command every second. This can simply overload the server if a bot attack is targeted on that specific url.
