    It is impossible to "Guarantee 10 Top placement" for any given keyword for the same flat charge. Even when you know what you are doing, some keywords will require months of hard work.

    Hi, It is good if ourself can manually do it. things like blog commenting, forum posting, etc. are the ways to get there. The results are guarateed. but it takes alot of time though!

    Maybe tell us what your BUDGET is. Prices range from three figures to six and seven figures. Three figures will get you nothing, despite what some people are claiming here. But sure, go for those services, but then don't come back here complaining about how they ripped you off.

    If you're just starting out, learn SEO and do it yourself.

    What I just noticed is that the keyword "internet marketing" has a LOT more results than "buy viagra". So if we use Adworld's logic, it would be a lot more difficult to get #1 for "internet marketing" than for "buy viagra".

    Now if he gets such a basic thing wrong, how can you trust someone like that with your website's success?

    Causing confusion, because adworld is actually talking about RIO (see above quote)... Now, Adworld, Do you mean Rio as in the country, or Rio, as in Spanish for river?

    I asked only yesterday for SEO serivces and I got several claiming they could get me on #1 spot, I turned them down, as it would be just stupid.

    well clearly nobody can guarantee first page results.

    I've took on a few clients and told them I will get them first place or they don't pay. But you need to be careful doing that as you are risking a few major things:

    • Link purchase prices that you will never see back if you fail
    • Hours of your own time worked for nothing if you fail
    • The risk that you will get the client first page then he won't pay anyway

    I would only offer deals like this in non-competitive markets, where the client has an old site that hasn't been particularly well optimised. Some of them you can look at them and you immediately know its 99% certain thats it would be a successful job. Its far easier to sell it to the client if they know they don't need to pay till they are up there. I would also only offer it to people in my own country, so that payment could be enforced.
