Does signature links in DP Drive good traffic to your website?

I have been selling my signature links, even placing my own signature links. I also see people buying and selling signature links. Does it really help in driving traffic to your website from DP forum ? What is your say on this ?

 

Yep...it sure does. I have a client that has paid me for placing links in my sig spot for well over a year now. He keeps coming back because he is getting good results from it. If he didn't, he would not be returning again and again.

I wonder if people surfing the forum follow links in other's signature. I placed my site's link in my signature and I didn't get any traffic I continuosly checked the awstats and there were no incomming from DP forum. Strange and people die for signature links here.

 

there's also the interest factor too. people are not going to click for somthing they could care less for or show little to no interest

So I think it doesn't work for user with post count less than 1000 Cheap SEO Services has 13,596 post counts and I think he must be getting good outgoing traffic from DP to his signature links

 

It does drive some traffic but not much. If your signature is webmaster related or has some catchy anchor text with bright colors, then the chances of clicks are more...

 

there are couple of advantages. one is direct traffic from DP and the other is better SERP in Google

About the Sig Link: Well, It won't get much traffic if you have more 1,000 Posts.

 

I'm also not getting much traffic from DP... just around 4-5 uniques/day.

 

As I am a start poster on DP. I get daily visitor to my site from DP signature. But you can't expect much from it because depending on how people interesting on signature link. I got surprise from DP visitor 3.5$ by Adsense before yesterday but nothing for yesterday and today...

I keep posting and reply on DP for free traffic

you need to be active in the forum and you will definitely get some traffic.

 

Actually it helps since DP is do follow forum it goes well with other forums as well that have do follow attributes. But DP signature can help you some traffic if your posts is really high

 

I really dont understand what DO follow links are ? Can anyone please explain me in breif. I have lot to know about SEO.
